While we were working as a Pediatrician, our love for olives, which started as a hobby, turned into an interest that led us to professionalism.

Inspired by this, we took the name ‘IMBATTO’ from the winds blowing from sea to land in the Aegean. We are proud to share with you our Early Harvest Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is obtained by cold pressing closed system (continuous) technique in the shortest time in order to preserve the polyphenols contained in olive oil, which we hand-pick from our centuries-old trees.
