Dear Olive Oil Enthusiasts, first of all, we would like to tell you a little about ourselves. While working as a Pediatric Health and Diseases Specialist, our passion for olives, which started as a hobby, turned into an interest that led us to professionalism in this field. It is said that the unique taste of our olives from the Aegean region comes from the Meltem winds blowing from the sea towards the land. Inspired by this, we took the name ‘IMBATTO’ from the winds blowing from the sea to the land in the Aegean. We are proud to share with you our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by the cold-pressed closed system (continous) technique in the shortest time in order to preserve the polyphenols contained in the olives we hand-pick from our centuries-old trees. Our aim is to process the most delicious olives of the Aegean Region in the highest quality way and to offer you the fruitiness and pungency in the ideal balance.
