4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner as Set Out in Article 11 of the Law (“Law”)
İmbatto Olive Oils will respond to the following requests of relevant persons:
a) To learn whether İmbatto Olive Oils processes personal data related to them and which personal data is processed,
b) To obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) To know the third parties to whom İmbatto Olive Oils transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
d) To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) In case of a request for the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person herself/himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
h) To obtain a copy of his/her personal data.
