Information About Return Conditions

For the product(s) you purchased within the scope of the right of withdrawal; you can exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 days from the delivery date under the following conditions and return your products. 

You are required to fill out this return request form and send the product(s) you wish to return via our contracted cargo company. 

For shipments made with cargo companies other than our contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee must be covered by you; otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.

  • If the invoice of the product is issued to a company, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the company for the 'Product Unit Price + VAT', excluding the shipping fee, for the return process; otherwise, the product cannot be accepted for return. This return form must also be filled out and sent together with the return invoice. The return form/invoice must be delivered to the contracted cargo company together.
  • The product to be returned must be undamaged, in its original package, box, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, unused, or resaleable, and if applicable, sent back in its special box as it was sent to you. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted. For the detection of damaged products (broken, damaged, packaging destroyed, etc.), the package must be opened in the presence of the cargo staff. Shipments found to be missing or damaged should not be accepted by the customer, and a report should be drawn up by the cargo officer, and the shipment should be returned without being received.
     
     Regarding the following products, even if unused, there is no legal right of withdrawal:
     
     a) Products or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the Seller’s control,
     b) Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or personal needs (those made special for the person/personal needs by making changes/additions),
     c) Perishable or expiring products,
     d) Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene;
     e) Products which are mixed with other products after delivery and which cannot be separated by their nature,
     f) Services started to be performed with the approval of the Buyer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
     
  • In the event that the product is returned, the product price will be refunded within 14 days from the moment the notification regarding the right of withdrawal is received by us. You can track your refund through your bank with your bank reference number.
  • Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products. In case of a return, all products must be returned together.
  • In cases where you did not pay the shipping fee due to a campaign, in case of cancellation of the order subject to the campaign, our company reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales amount.
  • The return request will be evaluated after the products reach us and you will be informed accordingly.
     

Return Process for Damaged Products

  • For the detection of damaged products (broken, damaged, packaging destroyed, etc.), the package must be opened in the presence of the cargo staff. Shipments found to be missing or damaged should not be accepted by the customer, and a report should be drawn up by the cargo officer, and the shipment should be returned without being received. 

 For orders where the product is missing, broken, dented, or the packaging is deformed and this is not recorded by the cargo staff with a report at the time of delivery, the products will be excluded from the scope of damaged products.
